In honour of the passing of Women's Month, being the next last couple of days of August, I would like to say the following: Uncle Bob had it right. No woman no cry. Guys who hit their chicks are cowards. Guys who hit their children are also cowards, just more so. And all of them, I believe, are going to a special version of the Xian Hell, just so they can receive vast quantities of karma in between incarnations. Which could last forever, if you believe that time and space can be folded. Or at least a very, very, very long time, which is good enough for me.To all those women who need advice on dealing with abusive men, remember this: they must sleep. If you are trapped in an abusive relationship, wait for the ou to sleep, and then smack him over the head with your heaviest frying pan. And then leave. If you kill him, plead self defence. It may work. But it all depends on how you feel about being beaten every day versus being raped every now and again in chicks' prison. I'm told it happens. Weigh up your options. You may find the prison to be an appealing out.
But whatever you decide remember that everything will be okay in the end anyway. Either he will kill you and the abuse will be over and it will all be cool, or you will kill him, or leave him, and one way or another, it will be fine.
Please Uncle Bob, it would be infinitely preferable at this point in time if you just returned from the grave with an order from the Great Beyond to legalise weed. Then we could all be Buffalo Soldiers, Dreadlock Rastas, and be gentle with each other.
Screw this shit. I'm off to smoke some weed.
