Reporters without borders has released a handbook for bloggers and cyber-dissidents to help people to start and maintain a blog, specifically in countries where freedom of speech is limited.

Covering everything from choosing the blog software to how to promote your blog, this is an informative booklet for those that do not know where to start. Most importantly however, the handbook details methods to maintain anonymity, vital information for those in countries where speaking your mind can land in jail or worse.

From the site:
The Handbook for Bloggers and Cyber-dissidents will be on sale in bookshops from 22 September for €10. It can also be downloaded in five languages (English, French, Chinese, Arabic and Persian) from the Reporters Without Borders website
